Verizon Lost My Phone Number !

Me and my wife have been with Verizon for 12+ years. They recently made some changes to our account and one line has been completely disconnected. No one knows what's going on. I have contacted level 2 support, but they were unable to do anything except submit a ticket.

This is my business line and it has been completely lost. No one has provided a clear explanation...
