Verizon cut off my service yet i'm still paying....

A few months ago my data started going out in my phone so if i didn't have Wi-Fi i couldn't make calls or receive texts or surf the web. Mind you I have an unlimited plan and have been paying my phone bill so there should be no issue on that end. I called tech support and they deleted my number from my Sim "by accident". I got a new Sim card it didn't work. got an ESIM didn't work. The issue got worse after that to where every time I didn't have internet I had no data and my phone would say its not registered with Verizon. I went to another store to get it fixed and they just tried to sell me another phone and suggested I get insurance in order to get a new phone but only  if everyone on my family plan pays for insurance for 6 months which  would be half the price of a new phone anyways. My phone hasn't had any issues... the data is on Verizon's end so I dont know why they pushed so hard for me to get a new phone. I went to tech support one last time to try and get it fixed. Got ignored and transferred to another agent. Then that person suggested I Reset all my settings and now I cant even use WIFI to receive calls or texts and WIFI calling wont turn back on so they made it even worst. The only suggest left was they told me to Factory Reset my phone. Did that even though it means I lose everything on my phone and IT STILL DOESNT WORK. So now I have an unusable phone that I've been paying for, for months that doesn't work. No one at Verizon wants to help me and now i'm just getting ignored or thrown in circles by a tech support that doesn't know how to fix a phone other than asking people 10 times if they've "tried restarting it?"
