I was setting up my iphone13 mini for use in Norway in two weeks and I received this message. "We are unable to guarantee compatibility for this device with networks outside the U.S." My wife's older phone is also set up but there was no message like that.
Does this message mean that I will not be able to use all of the features of my iPhone internationally?
