We recently got 1GB service and it came with a CR1000A modem. The modem drops all signals and reboots at least 1-2 times daily, usually between 5pm to 8pm. We had the same issue with our older ONT, but the ONT was replaced with a new version only two months ago and we still get the same daily lapse in service. LAN and WIFI drops completely. Everything comes back online in about 3 minutes. Logs show Kernel Panic crashes. Not sure where to go from here.
