Our company provides, as part of our software, a way for them to receive emails when certain events happen.
As of a couple of months ago, the emails with a Verizon text address are being blocked by you. Is there anything we can do, as a company, to fix this? Is there a way for the customer to whitelist our domain? Or do we just have to tell them that Verizon can't handle this service?
