2 calendars listed for 1 account, "Not Synched, Not Visible"

We have an employee using a Droid X on an exchange server. We've created a corporate account and email is up and running. The issue is that there are 2 calendars listed for the 1 corporate account. The two calendars have the same name with one being the primary (Asterix) visible and synching and the other "not synched, not visible" The phone is up to date and I can't find a logical reason for this issue. Our employee previsouly used another mobile device without issue. It seems to be related to the Droid X.
Any suggestions?
