Can anyone tell me if they are having the same problem as me i live in ferndale mi metro detroit i get one bar pretty much every where i go work parking lot at work home back yard of home doesnt really matter the phone is basically useless at this point done a ton of restarts battery pulls and what not phone works great on wifi but its a MOBILE phone i need it to work on the 3g network v-cast is a joke doesnt work at all cant get more than 30sec of video before it stops and goes all funky youtube pandora iheart radio ustream are what i like to use

The issues you reporting sound like there is something interfering with the signal to the towers. Some structures, especially a parking structure depending upon what they are made of can hinder the signal strength. More troubleshooting may need to be done to determine what is causing the issues and the features not working. Perhaps there could be a memory issue causing the device to stop and restart. Also, the Droid 2 does have a known issue with freezing and rebooting. In the Motorola forums and Android Central's Droid 2 forums and you see the same problem.
