I keep getting a text message that seems like its from facebbok. The text message says "Please make a voice call to 911. There is no text service to 911 available at this time". I have gotten this message 6 or 7 times over the past few days. In a google search it seems this is only affecting verzion customers. Anyone else getting this text?
I went to my local Verizon store amd asked about this problem. They told me if was a bug in the system and they just received info on it that day. I haven't had the text at all last night or today. So hopefully its been fixed.

Never got that sort of text. But I did make a 911 call last night when the house across the street caught on fire! Afterwards, the notification bar turned red and there was some message about re-dialing 911 after a set amount of time. Was too freaked out to read it through, so I just hit cancel or something and it went back to normal.
I actually had that happen when I called for a car accident that happened outside my house, I was wondering why phone was tring to redial 911 but I wrote if off on me hitting a wrong button or something when I hung up but now that you verified it wasnt just me I will have to make sure to watch that, last thing I need to deal with the police thinking Im doing prank calls if it dials and I didnt know... Strange one?
