A method to universally change contacts listed from "first last" to "last, first" in contacts list

Looking for an easy method to change my contacts list over to "last name, first name" other than manually going into each contact and changing it.

Any ideas?

you can browse on a pc, just go to appbrain.com and search

i dont use one i just use the search function
