When I dial a call if I touch SPEAKER before the call is completely connected and we are talking sometimes I get a bad connection, sometimes it echos, and sometimes the person that I am calling cannot hear me. Because of this I now wait until the call is fully connected and we both have spoken to each other before I touch SPEAKER.
I now do this on any incoming calls too.
This has helped me get much better call quality when using the speaker.
