APP ERROR!!!

An error alert keeps popping up on my phone and it says "The application Phone (process com.android.phone) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." and every time I press force close it just keeps coming back. Its making my phone network and everything disabled so I can't use my phone at all. Please help me out!!

This means that the phones dialer application is crashing, try booting into safe mode and then browser to Settings / Applications / Manage Application / All Apps / Phone / Clear Data and then restart....

Enabling Safe mode

1. Press and hold down the Power Key.
2. Select Restart.
3. Select Restart.
4. When the HTC Logo screen appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
5. Release the Volume down key when Safe Mode appears in the lower left.
   May take up to 30 seconds.
6. While in Safe Mode, remove the most recently installed applications.
7. Power cycle the device then attempt to use the device.
8. If the device works properly, install applications one at a time to identify the application causing the problem.

Disabling Safe mode

1. Press and hold down the Power Key
2. Select Restart.
3. Select Restart.
