I had to do a hard reset. now I cannot connect to the network using my browser. The "Mobile Network has been "turning on" for 20 minutes. Okay, fine, I have a problem, so I call Verizon. *611 tells me to call an 800 number and they tell me to call *611!!!!! I am in Central Arkansas and going to be snowed in for days!! WTH?? I cannot believe I cannot get support...anybody, please, help?

Try pulling the battery while the phone is on. Wait 30 seconds and reinsert the battery and turn the phone on.

@crystwitch1, did you activate your phone using *228 option 1 after the hard reset? To find out try calling a regular phone and see if it goes through.
To talk to customer service for troubleshooting your phone, it is best to call them from a different phone so you can perform any steps they want you to try out on the cellphone. Their number is 1-800-922-0204 as far as I can remember. But please verify it from the website.
