Strange question ...
When I manually dial the phone, I "hear" the touch tones.
But, when I try to dial my voice mail, I can't get into it ... because the touch tones are not active.
Is there a fix for this?

YES! Have the same problem and it just started......after I was in my VM and trying to bypass messages to get to the Admin area. I pressed a few different #'s and am thinking I locked something?? I've gone into my Settings, everytihng is fine.
If you hear of an answer, could you PLEASE let me know.

OK - I just turned my phone off and then on again.....now it works! So WEIRD.

It is weird how the most basic function such as a battery pull will many time fix things going wrong with our cell phones!
