Now I can't figure out how I did it and want to change them back to a "regular" rington and just customize a few.
Anyone know how I can do this or will I have to do it contact by contact?
Also, how can I set a "custom" tone for incoming text messages? I want to use a sound that I have saved on the phone but it doesn't show up on the list of tones available?
Obviously, I'm a new user and haven't a clue... Please help!

It is an app in the market. It should do most of what you want.
It's actually called Ringo Lite. You can set a ringtone text to each contact if you want and a call ringtone to each contact too
