How do I add the family and friends that do not have Verizon and how do I delete e-mails..

Ivy62, you can add your friends and family on My Verizon, or you can use the IVR system (*611 from your phone), In the IVR after the language select it is option 2 then option 5 to get to the friends and family menu.

To delete email off the droid incredible steps.

 

On the email account Inbox, press and hold the message you want to delete.
On the options menu, tap Delete.
