I noticed a few days ago that all of my phone contacts were gone. I tried running the Backup Assistant and none of the numbers were restored. I logged into the Backup Assistant list online and, thankfully, all of my contacts are there. I tried to sync the contacts from the website to my phone and, again, it didn't work. Is there another way to restore them without having to completely reset my phone?
Sorry I don't have an answer for you, but this happened twice to my daughter's phone (also a Charge) Her contacts disappeared from back up assistant as well unfortunately. They sent her a new phone not having a fix for it. Now she uses her contacts backed up to facebook

I even found phone numbers that I deleted years ago.
No they weren't. When the contacts were lost, backup assistant back-uped a blank list, or so VZW support says.
