Got the update a couple weeks ago and my phone does funny things from time to time... so I take the battery out for a while and then boot it back up and things are normal again.
Today I found that I had to reboot, because it said I needed to connect to the network, but once it came up it was doing funny things such as not allowing me to unlock my phone. So I took off the USB cable, and it started working again. So I guess the moral is not to power the Incredible up with it tethered to the computer..
