Android APP that finds the exact tower to which you are connected

I just found an Android APP on the Google Play Store that mapped my location (turn on your GPS) and then drew a line on the street map from my location to the tower to which I was connected.  It is called "Signal Finder" and it seems to work on my Charge phone.  The map can be set as a street map or a satellite map.

For the settings I chose, it shows how far away the cell tower is from my location in feet and it gives me the cell tower ID number.
