Hello - my phone totally ran out of battery last night and would not turn on this morning. I plugged it into the charger and it charged as normally should. But now I cannot unlock it using my normal pattern. I only get the message "sorry, try again" and never get prompted for my gmail info (as I read in another thread). Is my only choice to do the factory reset?
have you tried restarting the phone or tried using the previous pattern lock code (if you had one). if these dont allow you to bypass then a master reset may be needed.
