I bought the Charge for my daughter for Christmas. It worked great for a few days, then when we left an area that was covered by WiFi, we lost ALL data connection.
When I look for information online, I see this is a common issue. In fact, it appears it has been for a while.
Can anyone tell me if there is any relief in sight? I have no problems with the other two smartphones in my plan.
I have been having trouble with my Droid for about a month now. It is constantly switching from 3G to 4G to NOTHING! When I'm home I have to use our wifi to get the blasted thing to work. It's gotten a lot worse the last 2 weeks. In fact I went to Verizon last Monday because I had nothing, no 3G, no 4G, nothing. I am really getting tired of this. I pay for service and rarely have it. Apparently last week there was a "server" issue at verizon. What's the excuse the rest of the time? I am very unhappy with my Droid and verizon. I never had any problems with my blackberry.
