My phone shut off on it's own without warning and it did not power down it was as if the battery was removed. When I restarted it, the phone continually rebooted until I removed the battery. When it finally stayed on I was missing a lot of apps and my contact list was gone. I also couldn't access any of the remaining apps or the market. I have done the factory reset twice now and at first everything seems to work okay. When I start downloading the apps again the phone does the same thing and shuts down and the apps don't work again. When I try to access the apps I get the error message that states the apps have stopped working unexpectedly. And I do not have gingerbread. Any ideas?
