Audio issues with the internet

For some reason and all of a sudden I cant hear the audio on the internet.  I have checked YOUTUBE (APP) and music and all of that and it works but I cant get any sound to come out when I am on the internet.  Does anyone have any ideas of how to help or to remedy the problem?

Once the video starts, have you attempted to turn up the volume?  If you attempt before the video loads, you will see, 'Ringer Volume'.  Bit once it starts and you try you should see, 'Media Volume'.

I have listed some steps below that may help.

 

1.      Ensure that all volume levels are set to the appropriate level (e.g. media, system volumes) before accessing the web.

 

2.      Try clearing cookie data, cache, and history. To do this please follow the instruction below:

-Open the Internet icon.

-Select menu.

-Select more.

-Select settings.

-Select Clear all cookie data and select ok. **Some cookies contain customized preference and logon information for previously visited websites. Once deleted, the website may prompt for this information again.

-Select Clear cache and select ok.

-Select Clear history and select ok.

 

3.   Try clearing the data in manage applications. To do this please follow the instruction below:

-Select Menu

-Select Settings

-Select Applications

-Select Manage Applications

-Select All (located at the top)

-Select Internet icon

-Select Clear cache (please be advised that all saved bookmarks will be removed)

-Select Clear data (please be advised that all saved bookmarks will be removed)

 

4.    As previously recommended, try programming the device. *228 option 1 (***Nothing will be removed, lost, or replaced by this action)

 

5.    Complete a soft reset (power the device off, remove the battery, place it back in, and power it back on) ***Nothing will be removed, lost, or replaced by this action.
