Auxiliary (headphone port)

Is anyone using the headphone port enough and finding issues with it?  I use it for both hands free calling in the car and for music every now and then.  I have been having a major problem with the port.  The first time, a piece bent in there and I couldn't get the headphone jack in all the way.  It was like it was being pushed back out.  This time, it locks in like it is supposed to, but it feels like its loose and doesn't produce any sound at all through the headphones or aux port in the car.  The second replacement is on the way.  Is there anything that I could do to remedy this problem.  Its not the software or anything like that since I tested it while on the phone with a Verizon Tech earlier today.

Wow two devices with bad auxiliary ports that is very rare. I'm very sorry you had hardware issues with both devices. I contacted Motorola and there is no known audio jack issues with the Bionic. I have the device and I tested it  with my headphones and its working flawlessly.

Thank you for testing it with two jacks this rules out any accessory error. I'm confident your replacement device will work. Please let me know if you run into any issues.

Thank you
