My backup assistant plus can not sync because it says the password isn't correct. When I sellect "forgot password" it gives me the password that I have entered. I have uninstalled, removed battery, reinstalled with same problem. What gives? I don't want to do a factory reset because my data has not been backed up in a month.

Can you backup your data through other means? What kind of data are you trying to backup?
