Backup Assistant Problem

My wife recently got a new phone and she gave me her Droid X2. I had the number changed to mine and loaded my data on to it from my old phone. Now when I try to use Back up Assistant I get a message saying " MDN has changed, enter pin number to continue". I don't know the pin number so how do I get the Back up Assistant to work again?

did you ahve backupassisant on you old phone?

if so you should have created a pin at some point

you can login via a pc

I called customer support and talked to a tech rep. She got me going. I was sent the correct pin and she did a reset for me. After that Backup Assistant worked fine.
