Battery Issue

I see from the many posts that this problem is not isolated to my phone alone. For the past two days mostly today...my phone will not take a charge. When plugged into the wall I can watch the battery % slowly drain. Now...my phone is dead so I don't even have the option of calling customer support. I have tried 2 different USB chargers and 2 different wall mounted chargers...to no avail. Any information would be great. Thanks in advance!!
