I see some posts where the problems listed would easily be solved by using some readily available information from online and on your very own phone. You can download a FREE Owners Manual from Motorola's website thats 68 pages long. There are also other links and resources on their site too.
Click and open the Help button on your phone's home page. There are some 63 Demo videos on different subjects. Also go into the Settings also on your home page. See what the default settings are on your phone, and if you want to change any of them. You can also open your phones specs to see some of your phones data specs, software, firmware versions and how full the battery is charged. You can also find where most of the battery power is being used.
