Best Android Backup App

I am starting to understand how to custom my device and I can say I really don't miss WM but I do miss a few of the programs I used regularly and I was wondering if some one can direct me to a quality screen capture app and also the best Backup app to backup a android device information (Contacts. Emails, APS, settings, bookmarks and etc) that can save to my Storage Card and be restored easily. All the ones I keep finding requires the device being rooted, I need one the works without system modifications...

I use My backup pro from the market, It will backup to your sd card or too the account you open with backup pro on the internet.

  I have used it many times with my eris and it has payed for its self many times.

Although it is kind of expensive ($4.99) it is well worth it. There is the MyBackUp by the same developer for free. That is a free trial though for 30 days. That's nice you can try it out before buying it
