Big time lag when pulling up app lists

I've noticed that all of charges but I've tried are dog slow when I go to add an app or widget to the screen. Sometimes it takes up to 30 seconds for anything to happen. Is this normal???? Itslike half of the time thatI together what I was going to do by the time that the menus come up. Have tried battery pull and factory data reset to no avail. The ones in the VZ store also behave the same way. Is there some kind of trick to make it faster?

I noticed the same thing today.  I simply rebooted the phone and I got far far quicker response when going into the widgets or apps.
