Bionic texts not sending.

Okay, so since the JB update on the Bionic, I started having issues with my SMS messages. What was happening is it would stay as a single green block arrow and just not send. Even if I copied and pasted and sent it as a separate text, it still wouldn't send. The only way to get it to send, would be to drastically change the text and either make it longer or shorter, and then it would send. It happened infrequently and didn't bother me too baldy. However, fast forward to today, and the problem has gotten severely worse. 2/5 texts I send do this. The only way for me to send this message is by taking a screen shot, which tells MMS messages are not being affected. I've been able to send MMS just fine. Just my SMS messages have been acting up, however now sometimes it has the green arrow but the person still received the text. Other times it doesn't send. It's frustrating since there is no way of knowing whether or not my message actually send. It will do this whether I have little service or full service so I don't think that's the issue. Also I'm using the stock messaging app.I've tried all the resets I could and still no luck. I've tried clearing the cache and that still didn't work. It seems to be getting worse and worse to where it's rendering my texting virtually unusable.

Tried Safe mode and it still didn't work. I also tried to go through the programming menu (##7764726) and changing the settings from MO SMS over IMS to disabled. That worked for like a day, and then my texts stopped sending again.

Thanks for trying those steps justinb12!  When you cleared the Text Messaging cache, did you also clear data http://vz.to/1cECVtg?  If it's still not working after resetting the application, I recommend hard resetting http://vz.to/1bBdZlb the device.  Let me know how this works out for you.  Thanks again!
