Blocking a telephone number

I looked everywhere and could not find where you can block a telephone number. Is there anything available that allows you to do this? I've been getting telephone calls from this unknown person, even after I told them that they had the wrong number. In fact I told this person that twice, but still getting calls. Need some help.

Yes,  Yo have to do it on the Verizon web site for your account..  There is an option there for "SPAM" (I think that's what it's called). They give you an option to enter like 5 or so numbers you wish blocked.

Yes SPAM is the correct option and you can access it through account manager.....   Another option that I use also is Call Blocker Gold off the Market, it allow you to block unknow contacts and any number from caller id or just enter info... You can Block by Hanging up on without ringing, send to voice mail and silence ringer.  It has worked well for me.
