My husband has a Motorola Droid 2 Global....in the last couple of weeks we have tried at least four different BT devices including the Jawbone ERA and a Jabra Extreme 2. They pair up and connect just fine. The problem is that when he speaks it comes through very distorted and crackly. He can hear the callers just fine. He also relates that there have been random apps showing up on his home page. Has anyone else had these problems? Does anyone know how to solve this issues? Until recently he has really enjoyed the phone and can't wait to get another Droid here soon. Any help with this would be great since with him being in law enforcement there is no way he can be seen on the phone without a hands-free device. This is his work phone and without BT it is useless. This phone is in great shape is always in a case and holster similar to an Otter Box, there is no physical damage to the phone that we can see. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
