was driving me crazy. Clicked on all the right tabs on the Incredible. Only thing forgot -- enable the Bluetooth for connectivity by pressing power button down until light stays on steady. then ask Incredible to search for it and it finds it. Works fine now. But voice of woman sounds abrupt and dry, saying just "talk now" and you can barely hear her. Does not ask, "did you say call so and so," so you could confirm. Just connects you. When I had a Samsung phone, a vibrant female voice announced, "Please say your command." Reminded me of "I Dream of Jeannie."
