Bootloader message

I had taken the battery out of my phone for about a half hour. When I put the battery back in, before I could turn the phone on, I got a message that said Bootloader. It also said something about the battery being okay to program. This was the only time I have seen the message. I have taken the battery out and put it back in once since then. What does this mean? Anything to be concerned with?

Fortunately, my phone didn't freeze on the Bootloader screen, so it'll be fine it seems.
