Still getting the notice to install all day long.

Went to a Verizon Booth in the local Mall....Aurora, Co yesterday...None of the "associates" working there had even heard of the problem about the reboots or my problem of the prompt to install the update.

They also said, since the HTC Incredible is 2 years old, they didn't think any problems such as these were of any interest in them to research and attempt to resolve or report to Verizon.

Great service for a 10 year customer
