CAR DOCK and static

If you are using the Moto car dock with the split USB wire with the audio RCA jack do you get a lot of static when listening to music?

 

This occurs only when my USB charging wire is plugged into the cigarette charger. The static noise I assume is being generated by the charging circuitry and getting leaked into the audio cable.

 

Are there USB chargers that don't have this noise problem or another fix? I have tried several USB chargers.

I'm having the same issue. When I have USB plugged in to charge I get a horrible sound.

I renewed norton 360 on my older computer but i just purchased a new laptop is there anyother way to go back and download the membership again without paying another $60? (it says protection up to 3 pcs)
