I just got my phone and I am having a problem with my phone number not showing up when I call someone. It comes up restricted and the number doesn't show up either. As we all know, no one likes to answer "restricted" calls!!! Could someone please help me??? Thank you!

Do you know for sure that this never happened with your previous phone. It just sounds like something that is not device related. Have you called tech support at Verizon Wireless?

Hi and thanks for getting back so quick. It has never happened before and I did end up calling Verizon. He had to reprogram my phone as it was like that when I got it. Now it works!!! :womanvery-happy:
