I know this has been an issue with a lot of these phones, but does anyone have any recommendations as to how to fix this? I did a factory data reset it cleared out the data from the program. I was going to get a warranty replacement but I recently switched my phone over on to my sisters plan, and the verizon store told me that I no longer have a warranty because I did this.
any help would be appreciated.
