Can I upgrade my phone to android 4.0?

Is the update available for the incredible 2?   Also does anyone know if there is vine app for uploading video to twitter.  I found one but it's only supported on android 4.0

I don't know the Vine app. I do know know that on my phone, the incredible 4g, i can go to settings and then look up "software update" and press "check new" to see if there is a new update available.

I can clarify shinypenny! The most recent software for the incredible 2 is 6.04.605.07 710RD. i have the same question as shinypenny; i would like to know if i can upgrade my incredible 2 to android 4 in order to use the the vine app. the question is, when will a verizon version of android be released for our devices which is based on/contains all the features of android 4?  i am currently running ADR6350_6.04.605.07-6.01.605.05, which i updated to the device on 2/26/13, and it is not compatible with vine, which requires android 4.0 to run.
