I cannot download MMS messages people send my via text message. Says "message delivery failed or message receipt failed" mobile ata is on. How do I fix this?

So far doing a soft reset (turning phone off then on) will fix the issue but is this a temporary fix? Is there a better fix?

Hi iam1jedi - Let's get those precious memories delivered to you! While mobile data is on does this typically happen when WiFi is connected at the same time? Can you confirm your current software version through Settings>About Phone>System Version?
