Can not talk on my new Droid X!!

I just got a Droid X today and I can not talk on it unless it is on speaker phone!! Please help!!

Did you change any settings in the "Call Settings" ??  If not and you've NEVER been able to hear except via Speaker, maybe power it off and pull the battery for 30 secs., and reinsert it & power back up to test.

Do not power the device off prior to the battery pull. Pull the battery while the device is still on. If this does not help call tech support.
