Hi. I understand that you need help playing videos on your television from your Droid X and I will be happy to help you further. From your homescreen go to Menu-Media Share-Start to guide through the steps to connecting it to your television.
Please let me know if this works.
Thanks!

So has an found the app "Home Sync Wizard"?
I'm trying to connect my Droid X to my HD using the HDMI output. The Droid X manual says to connect the cable then run "Home Sync Wizard", no app on the Droid X
Kim said to use the "Media Share App" but that does not give you the option to select HDMI output, only DLNA.
What did I miss? What gives??
Thanks,
Francis

Why are everyone saying to use Media Sharing? All you have to do is plug in cable into tv and open video through libray and click HDMI icon in upper left corner of player. Video will transfer to tv and the unit will switch to a control unit.

Glad to help...You may want to tag post at solved... As for the Image Stablizer would be nice but the camera does alright without it, if you want that option you can always try a app like Camera 360 or Vignette that has this option but in my opinion the image quality is better with stock app but thats just my opinion..

I just realized I told you incorrectly, the stock camera has a Stablizer Mode but its Steady Shot and you can access it through camera menu on right of screen when camera is open, select Scenes and then swipe until you see Steady Shot with head image on it.

Just a basic not mentioned - You can only use the Media Share if you have the TV on your network. That eliminates the option for about 99% of us. Using the HDMI cable works great.
Yea, as for the camera I use Steady Shot as the standard. It works great.

Thank you. I haven't been able to use the camera on this since I got it. At 72 I shake enuf to ruin most pictures. This will help!
