I piggyed back on another person's question, but decided to open my own
I sort of have the same problem, but I do person/number calling, but no sound or vibration. I do see that they call in the call log.
The volume is on. Also, I have 2 other issues (may be related - not sure)
#1. I could be in the middle of a call/conversation and it will go dead to the party I am speaking to, they can't hear me, but I can hear them.
#2. When the phone is in that silent state (before I power off) and I do see a call coming in.... when I answer the person can't hear me.
This happens a couple of times a day. I have to do a soft re-boot. (Taking out the battery). I only had my phone for 30 days. Is there a fix for this or is my phone defected????

It would help us to answer your questions if you gave us some more details about the problems you are having.
The main problem seems to be that you can see that a person is calling, but there is no ringtone and no vibration, is that correct? If so, please let us know what your Sound settings are on the phone. Also, are you using a headset or other device to answer/talk on calls, or just the phone itself? Finally, can you answer the phone when this happens? Can the caller hear you and vice versa?
Your other two problems sound like issues with the microphone or the phone software. Again, if you could give us more details, that would really help. For example, you seem to indicate you are powering down the phone sometimes and a call comes in. I would expect that some functions of the phone might be disabled before the power-down is completed. Exactly what do you see (what state is the phone in) when this happens?
