Cannot Hear People on the Other Line?

I have been having this issue for about 2 weeks now. If I talk on the phone, I have to put it on speakerphone just to hear the person on the other line. If my phone isn't on speakerphone, I can hear no sound at all from the other end. The person I am talking to can hear me tho. This is something I have to have fixed because I use my phone for work. I feel like I have tried everything under the sun. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the same problem. It just started yesterday, in the middle of the call. I'd sure like to know what's going on.
