I cannot recieve any text i tells anyone that trys to text me that im blocked or something and i dont have any blocks on my account.

Call Verizon Wireless customer service from another phone and ask them tech support (option 3) to verify you don't have an blocks and to reset your texting feature. You will likely need to remove your SIM card through the process and reboot your phone.

Did you expect to hear from an actual Verizon Wireless customer service representative here? You may not be aware then that this is a peer to peer community forum where customers can assist other customers. Not everyone who reads the community responds to every single question. There are some VZW employees that roam this community, but it can take them a while to respond to unanswered questions. This is to give the community members a chance to respond first.

Here is another idea.  It is based on the idea that you may have a BAD text message blocking incoming messages.

Go to Settings>Applications>Running Services>ALL (tab at top of screen) and scroll down to SMSIMSSettings.  First CLEAR the Cache and then CLEAR the Data.  BTW, clearing the data should clear all your text messages.

Now get someone to send you a text message or send one to yourself.

This is a photo of my SMSIMSSettings.  Notice that both the Cache and the Data are empty.

My speculation here, but for the past 2 weeks in the southeast US I have had problems getting a connection for phone calls coming in or going out and have been unsuccessfull on most outgoing text messages.  I travel the northwest US and have no such problems.  Data such as netflix, web, etc all work fine...i think it is something screwed up with verizons servers or how they are handling the proprietary data on their network.  What region of the US are you in?
