There are a number of posts that say you can clear the default Navigator application from VZ Navigator to Google Navigator. However, when I follow the same path Settings/Application/Manage applications, then pick All and select VZ Navigator, the Clear Default is grayed. The problem is when I select an address in Contacts, it only gives me "Maps" and "VZ Navigator" as options. Then I have to go to Maps, exit, then open Google Navigator and then select Typed and then pick the address. That is wrong. So how do I make my phone pick Google Navigator as the default?
