Changing an Icon in the Notification Bar

Is there a way to change the icon of something? In particular, I have three email accounts set of and they all have the same icon that appears in the Notification Bar. It would be nice if at first glance I could see which account. I had an email from if I could have different icons.

Any suggestions?

Dont hold me to this but from the research I have came across I dont believe this is possible unless the device is rooted and custom icons are created to replace the stock icons.  So a simple answer to your question is most likely no, you can not do this at this time..
