Is there a way to set up my Voice Mail so I don't have to enter my password every time?

first of all you have the Motorola Droid.  you should repost this in the Android Devices forum which is located in the same section as the General Devices Questions just one more down.  this way you can talk to the people who are familiar with your phone.

as for how i solved your problem by using my phone:

According to my enV3, i went to the contacts, found the entry for voicemail.  the number that is used to dial your voicemail (or at least mine) is *86

I put a 2 sec pause after the *86 and then entered my password followed by a # sign.  so every time i call my voicemail it will start talking for 2 seconds then automatically enter my password and go straight to my messages.  only drawback is that if the phone is stolen or a friend has my phone then anyone will have access to my voicemails.

to put the 2 second pause behind the *86, you put the curser behind the *86, choose "options" and one of the choices should be "2 sec pause".  when you choose this, a "P"should be placed behind the *86. then yada yada yada....put your password in and a #
