Joining my voice to the crowd- I was updated to 2.3.3 and now my Clock/Weather widget is also not accessing the Alarm clock... it is just gone.
SOOOOO frustrating. A fix had better come soon or I will return this phone.

Have now go.e thru three I.credible 2 phones all have had widget issues, no clock no alarm feature and weather not updating. Emails from HTC state they are working on it...outs been more than a month since I reported it to Verizon and HTC...still not resolved. I am now dumping the phone for a Motorola instead. To many issues.
Hi pipster,
In addressing your concern, have you tried doing a hard reset on your device? If you have not tried a hard reset , I suggest doing as previously presented. Please first back up all your data off the device. After you processed the hard reset, monitor the device's progress for a week and post back with the results if desired. I hope this helps. I want to assure as my team member advised the Clock/ Weather widget issue is currently being investigated. If any new information becomes available, it will be posted.

I understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience. This issue with the Clock/Weather widget after the software update is being investigated. Once more information is available regarding this issue it will posted. As a temporary fix you can try a hard reset.
Please keep in mind that a hard reset deletes all data, including downloaded applications, and resets the phone back to the manufacturers settings.
To factory reset the phone:
Note: If device is non-responsive, try a soft reset first by removing battery and power on device.
- From the home screen, touch Menu
- Touch Settings
- Touch SD & phone storage
- Touch Factory data reset
- Tap Reset phone
- Tap Erase everything
- Device will begin to reset
Please keep in mind that the reset may take anywhere from 1 - 10 minutes for reset and restart depending on amount of data on device.
Hope this information has been helpful.
