Communication errors - Backup failed - No network coverage

Hi,

 

I am not able to sync my Verizon contacts using either WiFi or the 3G network.  When I attempt to use the BackUp Assistant I see a report that the upload is complete but then I get the error msg that is shown in the subject line of this post. 

 

Initiating the sync from the Verizon contact website does not result in changes on the phone either.
